Often the first thing I do for a company

Claude for your team, set up around your work

Your team works in a Claude workspace that your company owns. I set it up around the work you do and the files you already keep. Then I come alongside your team to use it on real work and I continue to tailor it and set it up properly as the business changes.

Who this is for

Some teams already use AI on the side. A lot of businesses I come into have business work spread out across Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude personal plans. Someone may pay for a tool on their own card and paste in a deal email with none of your company's files or rules behind it. Other teams haven't started at all and aren't sure where it fits.

What I set up

Claude is the AI assistant made by Anthropic. I set your company up with its own Claude workspace. Each person on your team signs in as themselves, so there are no shared logins. We tailor the team settings and files fueling your Claude Team account to how your business actually runs and what context it needs to work properly. When something custom is needed, I will build what suits the occasion to connect or run alongside Claude.

I build a Project for the different departments and the main kinds of work your team does. A Project holds the instructions and reference files for one kind of work. So a chat started there begins with your instructions and files. I connect the Projects to the files you already keep.

We write the house rules together. They say what your team uses Claude for and what stays out of it.

What your company owns

The workspace belongs to your company and your company pays Anthropic for it directly. I hold an admin seat so I can set it up and keep it tuned. If we stop working together the workspace stays with you.

How it gets set up, in order

We set the pace together.

  1. 1

We talk through the work your team does and pick the main kinds of work to start with.

  2. 2

You open the company workspace and add me as an admin. I walk you through it.

  3. 3

I build the Projects and connect them to your files.

  4. 4

We write the house rules and you sign off on them.

  5. 5

I sit down with your team to understand their own real work, then ensure what we're building is applicable to what they do.

  6. 6

I look at what people asked that didn't work and I fix the setup so the next task goes better.

What changes for your team day to day

These are examples from land and commercial real estate work. They show the kind of task it helps with and don't come from a named client.

Example: a site summary

Someone drops the survey and the zoning notes into the right project and asks for a one-page site summary in your company's format. They read it and fix what's off before it goes anywhere.

Example: a broker email

A broker writes in about a listing. Your person asks Claude for a reply in your company's voice and then checks the facts and sends it themselves.

Example: getting ready for a deal meeting

Before the meeting someone shares the deal notes and asks for the open questions and the points to raise. They walk in with one page they have already checked.

In each case your people still check the work before it goes anywhere.

How it fits with the rest of the work

Claude for your team is often the first thing I do for a company. It is part of the one monthly fee, with no build fee. I keep the Projects and the house rules current as part of the monthly work.
