Edge Solutions ("we", "us") builds and operates AI systems for the businesses we work with. Edge Solutions is run by The Steward's Inn Limited Liability Company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

Information you share during intake and onboarding, operational data needed to run your systems, and contact details you provide directly. We also collect basic usage information automatically when you visit, such as pages viewed, through our website platform.

How we use it

Solely to do the work we agree with you and to run and improve the AI systems we set up for your business. Human-in-the-loop review means sensitive decisions stay with you.

How we use AI

Edge Solutions builds and runs AI systems. When you contact us or use our site, the information you share may be processed by the AI tools we use to run our business, including Anthropic's Claude and our website platform. Our agreement with Anthropic is on commercial terms that do not train on our data. We do not sell your information.

Who else touches your data

We use a small set of vendors to operate: our website and app platform, our email provider, and our scheduling tools. Each processes only what it needs to do its job. Want the current list? Email us and we will send it.

What we keep and for how long

We keep contact and project information for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires afterward. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a legal obligation says otherwise.
