What it is

What you do

Fill out the questionnaire. Then talk with me about how the business runs day to day.

What I do

I read your answers myself and come to the talk with questions about your work. I listen for the jobs that eat your week and the ones that cost you money when they slip.

When we move on

When we agree on the problem worth fixing first and you decide to go ahead. We set the timing together after the first talk.

What it is

I capture more of how your business runs in detail from the people who are doing the work.

What you get

A written map of your systems, who owns each one and who may see what. What your people know that only lives in their heads gets written down where AI can use it.

What you do

Allow me to access the systems we map and time with the people who do the work. Then you sign off on the map.

What I do

I talk with the people who do the work and follow how a job moves through your business. I write down where each piece of information lives and who owns it. Anything I can't pin down goes on the map as an open question for you.

When we move on

When you sign off on the map. How long it takes depends on how many systems and people we map, and we set it together.

What it is

One real job in your business, done with AI by your own people.

What you get

One piece of work running on your own information and in use by your team.

What you do

Pick the job with me and name one person on your side to own it. Your team uses it and tells me what's off.

What I do

Before I start we agree on how we'll judge it. Then I set it up on your information and teach the people who will use it. The feedback we receive from your team running it is often the best refiner for your systems as we continue to customize what your company needs specifically.

When we move on

When the job is running and your people use it, and we have checked it against the measure we agreed on. We set the timing together once we pick the job.

The pilot is real work, covered by your monthly fee.

What it is

AI becomes part of how the business runs, and I keep running it.

What you get

A short written report each month, and a weekly sit-down or call with me.

What you do

Weekly sit-downs or calls with me, for you or your team. Together, we make the calls your operation needs based off your judgement.

What I do

I keep what we built working as the business changes and I watch what it costs. Each month I add at least one new improvement.

When we move on

This step is ongoing. Each month we check whether it's still worth it.
